You can share your calendar with the following:
Interni korisnici ili grupe. Odabirete privilegije koje ćete dodijeliti drugima, i to:
Viewer (izgovor: vju:er, prvod: gledalac). The Grantee can see the activities posted to your calendar and the status of meeting requests, but cannot make any changes to your calendar.
Manager (izgovor: menadžer). The Grantee has permission to create meetings, accept or decline invitations, and edit and delete activities from your calendar.
Admin. The Grantee has permission to create meetings, accept or decline invitations, and edit and delete activities from your calendar, share your calendar with others and revoke calendar shares.
None is an option to temporarily disable access to a grantor's shared calendar without revoking the share privileges. The Grantee still has the calendar in their calendar list but cannot view or manage activities on the grantor's shared calendar.
External guests (eksterni gosti). You create a password to access the shared calendar. Guests must enter this password to view the calendar. They cannot make changes to the calendar.
Public (javni pristup). Anyone that knows the URL to the shared calendar can view it. They cannot make any changes to the calendar.
When you share your calendar you can select the check box to allow internal users or groups and external guests to see your private appointments. They will be able to see details of the appointment. If you do not check the box, the calendar shows only that your are busy during a private appointment time.
Right-click on the calendar to share and select Share Calendar.
Na "Share Properties" (osobine dijeljenja) dijalogu odaberite jednu od opcija.
Kada odaberete Internal users (interne korisnike), možete odabrati adrese iz liste koja se pojavljuje prilikom kucanja adresa koje nisu u listi. Korisnik ili grupa mora imati ispravnu adresu u na vašem email serveru.
U "Role" (uloga) području, odaberite "access permissions" (prava pristupa).

U "Message" (poruka) području, odaberite koji tip poruke želite poslati. Na raspolaganju su Vam sljedeće opcije:
Pošalji standardnu poruku. Standardna notifikacijska poruka dijeljenja se šalje na email adresu.
Dodaj zabilješku na standardnu poruku. Možete navesti dodatne informacije na standardnu poruku.
Klikni "OK" (DA).
External guests (eksterni gosti).
Kada odaberete eksterne goste, unesite email adrese tih gostiju Možete unijeti više email adresa u "Email:" polje. Stavite znak tačka-zarez (;) između pojedinih adresa.
Enter the password that users must enter to view your calendar.
If you want to share your private appointment information, check Allow user(s) to see my private appointments.
U "Message" (poruka) području, odaberite koji tip poruke želite poslati. The URL to your calendar and the password is included in the email message.
Pošalji standardnu poruku. Standardna notifikacijska poruka dijeljenja se šalje na email adresu.
Dodaj zabilješku na standardnu poruku. Možete navesti dodatne informacije na standardnu poruku.
Klikni "OK" (DA).
When you choose Public, anyone who has the URL can view your calendar. Lozinka nije potrebna.
Možete ispraviti ili ukloniti pristup u svakom trenutku.
Right-click a shared calendar.
Kliknite na "Edit Properties" (ispravka osobina foldera). Korisnici koji imaju prava pristupa su izlistani.
Kliknite na Edit (ispravka) da bi mijenjali prava, ili
Kliknite na "Revoke" (ukloni) da bi uklonili pravo pristupa.
